Each month we provide monthly Google Analytics data on six key indicators: unique visitors, visits, pageviews, % new visits, bounce rates and time on site. We also provide trending data for each indicator, and comparisons vs. "same month last year."

We are now developing performance benchmarks based on the average growth/decline for selected peer groups of participants including:

  • All News-Radio station sites
  • All Music-Radio station sites
  • All Split format Radio station sites
  • All State/Regional Radio Networks
  • All TV sites
  • All Joint Licensee Sites
  • All State TV Networks
  • All Program and Project Sites

Analytical Reports

We provide collective research reports based on the performance of our participating stations and projects. Each report is written by professional analysts hired to examine and provide perspective on patterns and trends in the marketplace as a whole. The reports often discuss content and design usability/functionality as it relates to website success.

Monthly Webinars

Topical webinars are held each month to provide additional background on the data contained in the comparative reports and commissioned analytical reviews.

The webinars are designed specifically for our participating stations and projects to help them take advantage of the research findings and improve their performance by better understanding the data presented in our reports.
